Long hole drilling, or deep hole drilling, is our specialty and also the best solution for drilling very deep holes with high accuracy. A modern machine park combined with solid craftsmanship and a no-nonsense culture ensures that the services we provide meet the highest quality requirements at a competitive price.
Long hole drilling is often used in mechanical engineering, especially on steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Deep hole drilling is also very suitable for exotic materials including Titanium, Duplex and Inconel.
We have a special technique for long hole drilling, namely Single-lip drilling (ELB). With this technique we can provide many products with deep holes with diameters of 3.2 - 22 millimeters and up to 1000 millimeters deep (from two sides) with the utmost precision and speed.
